Training

The Department shall provide all employees assigned to an institution's PropertyDepartment with training in the management of inmate property. This training shall include, but not be limited to, training on the application of 103 CMR 403.00, on IMS screens related to inmate property, and on the Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to 103 CMR 403.00.
