Applicability

103 CMR 411.00 is applicable to all state inmates in state correctional facilities, county correctional facilities, and correctional facilities operated by the federal government or other states where inmates committed to the custody of the department are confined. 103 CMR 411.00 may also be applicable to inmates committed to a county correctional facility but confined in a state correctional facility and to inmates, while still under sentence, committed to the Bridgewater State Hospital or a facility of the Department of Mental Health in accordance withM.G.L. c. 123, or the Treatment Center for Sexually Dangerous Persons in accordance with M.G.L. c. 123A.
