Rentals Requiring Prior Authorization

The rental of any of the following requires prior authorization: (A) oxygen or respiratory therapy delivery systems; (B) suction apparatus; (C) nebulizers; (D) intermittent positive pressure breathing (IPPB) machines; and (E) equipment that is not listed as a rental item in Subchapter 6 of the Oxygen and Respiratory Therapy Equipment Manual.
