Introduction

130 CMR 464.000 establishes requirements for participation of programs of assertive community treatment in MassHealth. All programs of assertive community treatment participating in MassHealth must comply with the MassHealth regulations, including but not limited to, 130 CMR 464.000 and 130 CMR 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.
