(A) 130 CMR 520.000 describes the rules governing financial eligibility for MassHealth. 130 CMR 520.000 is based on financial responsibility, countable income, and countable assets. (B) The methods for the calculation of the countable-income amount, the deductible, and the income standards used in the determination of eligibility are also explained in 130 CMR 520.000.
