Penalties
As required by M.G.L. c. 118I, § 8, penalties for noncompliance with the requirement to connect
to the Mass HIway may be assessed by EOHHS. If a provider organization does not connect to the
Mass HIway by the dates stated in 101 CMR 20.09, then the provider organization may be subject to
penalty. The penalty schedules are found in 101 CMR 20.15.
