Peer Support

(A) Conditions of Payment. Peer support services are covered up to a maximum of 16 hours per week when the services: (1) are instructional and not counseling; and (2) enhance the skills of the participant to function in the community. (B) Recordkeeping. In addition to the requirements of 130 CMR 630.441, the provider must maintain documentation in the participant’s record that demonstrates the benefit of this service to the participant.
