Eligibility

Any current employee of Suffolk Downs, as defined in 205 CMR 10.01, may be eligible for assistance. The personmustmake application for assistance to the Commission that details the financial hardship due to illness or unforeseentragedy. The amount of assistance will be based on need and/or loss of income. The maximum amount of money available annually is specified by M.G.L. c. 128A. The person making application must attach a copy of his/her most recent pay stub and other documentation required by the Commission as documentation of employment.
