Applicability

103 CMR 431.00 is applicable to all residents committed under M.G.L. c. 123A confined at the Massachusetts Treatment Center, including residents residing in the transition house or participating in a community access program, and to all employees. The discipline of prisoners (i.e., persons not committed under M.G.L. c. 123A) admitted to the Treatment Center or any modular extensionofthe Treatment Center will be governed by the provisions of 103 CMR 430.00.
