Fingerprinting
Each applicant for a keygaming employee license, gaming employee license, gaming service
employee registration, and each qualifier for a gaming vendor applicant or licensee, shall be
fingerprinted under the supervision of the commission. Each such applicant shall provide
identification at the time of fingerprinting in the manner required by the Bureau. The Bureau in
its discretion mayrequire one or more officers or employees of anynon-gaming vendor registrant
to be fingerprinted under the supervision of the commission. The commission may, for good
cause shown, permit an applicant to alternatively submit two sets of classifiable fingerprints on
fingerprint impression cards provided by the commission.
