Cashless Systems

(1) A gaming licensee and gaming device vendor shall comply with and the Commission adopts Cashless Systems in Casinos, version 2.1, released September 6, 2011, subject to the following amendments: (a) Delete section 1.2. (2) No slot machine at a gaming establishment shall accept debit cards or credit cards, or government-issued electronic benefits transfer cards as a form of payment.
