Maintenance and Custody of the List

(1) The Commission shall be subject to the same obligations relative to the maintenance and custody of the voluntary self-exclusion list as set forth in 205 CMR 133.05(1) and (3). Sports Wagering Operators shall have the same access to and obligations regarding the voluntary self-exclusion list as gaming licensees pursuant to 205 CMR 133.05(1) and (2). 723
