Negligent or Incompetent Practice

Negligent practice or incompetent practice shall constitute grounds for disciplinary action by the Board, regardless of the absence of injury or regardless of the degree of injury to the patient. Negligent or incompetent practice includes, but shall not be limited to: (1) Grossly negligent practice, reckless practice, grossly incompetent practice, or intentional misapplication of practice on a particular occasion; or (2) Negligent or incompetent practice on more than one occasion.
