Advertising

Any advertisement used by an entity licensed to offer advanced seminars shall specify that the seminars are available to licensed cosmetologists, aestheticians, manicurists or barbers only. No advertisement shall use the term "school" to designate the entity offering advanced seminars. 10/24/25 240 CMR - 28
