Authority of Board of Registration in Medicine

Nothing in 247 CMR 16.00 shall limit the Board of Registration in Medicine's review, monitoring and investigation of its licensees' activities pursuant to 243 CMR 2.00: Licensing and the Practice of Medicine. (PAGES 79 AND 80 ARE RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE.)
