Inspections and Investigations of Pharmacies

(1) The Board or its designee(s) may visit any pharmacy licensed by the Board at any time without prior notice and inspect the pharmacy staff, activities, and records to determine compliance with laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy. All costs associated with inspections of non-resident pharmacies shall be paid by the non-resident pharmacy or applicant. A pharmacy shall provide all documents requested by the Board or its designee(s) in connection with an inspection or investigation.
