Modifications to Chapter 3, Definitions

(1) Replace sub-section 3.2.2* with the following: Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Inspector as defined in 248 CMR 3.02: Definitions, the Board, or such other authority approved by the Board. (2) Add to sub-section 3.2.5* the following at the end of the subsection: All listed equipment must meet product acceptance requirements in 248 CMR 3.00: General Provisions Governing the Conduct of Plumbing and Gas Fitting Work in the Commonwealth.
