Investigator's Duties

It shall be the duty of the Board's investigator upon proper written notice, to visit from time to time, the offices of registered, licensed podiatrists to observe if the offices are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. The investigator shall investigate complaints and obtain other information as directed by the Board.
