Initiation

Any person, organization, or member of the Board may file a complaint or report or provide information to the Board which charges a licensee with misconduct. Misconduct may include any violation of the standards of ethics and practice listed in 251 CMR 1.10 and 1.11. The Board's complaint form requests the name, address, and telephone number of the party making the filing, and a description of the alleged act(s) which prompted the complaint and must be signed by the partyor an authorized representative. The Board, in its discretion, may investigate anonymous complaints.
