Investigative Conference

To facilitate disposition, the Board or Complaint Committee may request any person to attend an investigative conference at any time prior to the commencement of a formal hearing, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, to discuss the complaint and response. (Mass. Register #1546, 4/25/2025)
