Rule 6-221. Proceedings Under Judicial Probate

If judicial probate is requested or required in a small estate proceeding, the requirements set forth in Rule 6-302 shall apply. In all other respects the court shall follow the provisions of this Chapter. Cross reference: Code, Estates and Trusts Article, §§ 7-103, 7-104, and 8-103.
