Rule 6-415. Petition and Order for Funeral Expenses

When a petition for funeral expenses is required by law, it shall be filed in the following form: [CAPTION] PETITION AND ORDER FOR FUNERAL EXPENSES I hereby request allowance of funeral expenses and I state that: (1) The expenses are as follows (or as set forth in the attached statement or invoice): __________.
