The procedure for responding to and deciding the petition to caveat shall be governed by section (b) of Rule 6-122. Committee note: A petition to caveat does not stay proceedings on a petition for judicial probate or preclude the court from transmitting issues pursuant to Rule 6-434. See Shealer v. Straka , 459 Md. 68 (2018).
