Rule 6-453. Suspension of Powers and Duties of a Personal Representative

On petition of an interested person, the court may suspend any of the powers and duties of the personal representative in accordance with the injunction provisions of the Maryland Rules. Cross reference: Code, Estates and Trusts Article, § 6-301.
