Rule 12-810. Hearing

In all contested cases, the plaintiff shall submit evidence at a hearing to establish plaintiff's title. The court may receive any evidence offered supporting the claims of any defendant other than those defendants' claims admitted by the plaintiff in the complaint. Committee note: This Rule is a procedural Rule in an action to quiet title and does not affect any right to a jury trial that a party may have.
