Rule 14-203. Venue and Attachment of Jurisdiction

(a) Venue. An action to foreclose a lien shall be filed in the county in which all or any part of the property subject to the lien is located. (b) Attachment of Jurisdiction. The court's jurisdiction over the property subject to the lien attaches when an action to foreclose is filed.
