Rule 11-105. Subpoenas

(a) Generally. Except as otherwise provided by law, the clerk shall issue a subpoena for each witness requested by any party, pursuant to Rule 2-510. (b) Hospital Records. A subpoena for hospital records may be issued in accordance with Rule 2-510 (i). Cross reference: See Rule 2-510 addressing subpoenas in civil proceedings generally. Section (i) of that Rule addresses records produced by custodians.
