Rule 4-352. In Banc Review

In banc review of a circuit court's judgment or determination is governed by the provisions of Rule 2-551, except that the right of review does not apply to criminal actions exempted under the Maryland Constitution. In applying Rule 2-551, references to Rules 2-517, 2-520, and 2-533 shall be construed as references to Rules 4-322, 4-325, and 4-331(a) respectively. Cross reference: Md. Const., Art. IV, § 22.
