Rule 6-114. Recording of Proceedings

All hearings and plenary proceedings before the court shall be recorded verbatim either stenographically or by an electronic recording device provided by the court. Recording of proceedings shall be performed under the control and direction of the court. Cross reference: Code, Estates and Trusts Article, § 2-105.
