Therefore, when processing all property damage claims, insurers should take all reasonable steps to impose one deductible for all property damage claims filed as a direct or indirect result of the February snow storm (CAT 92 and CAT 94). Insurers should provide copies of this Bulletin to their producers, adjusters (internal and independent) and claims personnel.
