This bulletin is to remind insurers that, pursuant to COMAR 31.08.12.05, a temporary moratorium filed prior to this weather event with the Maryland Insurance Administration in accordance with applicable regulations, expires twenty-four (24) hours after the termination of the last warning issued for part of the State or the entire State.
