§26–1804.

A license holder may renew the license without obtaining a consent statement from the owner of the building that contains the licensed premises if: (1) the license holder has a lease on the entire building for at least the term of the renewed license; and (2) the building owner has previously filed a consent statement with the original or another renewal application.
