§29–1502.

(a) After the Board approves a license application, the County Supervisor of Tax Collection shall issue the license on payment of the license fee and the fee required by subsection (b) of this section. (b) A license applicant shall pay to the Board a fee of $350 to cover the costs of: (1) the notice required under § 29–1504 of this subtitle; and (2) processing the application.
