Md. Code, State Government § 2-1256
§2–1256.
The Department shall:
(1) keep a current list of the public local laws of the State;
(2) keep the list accessible to the members of the General Assembly at all times; and
(3) subject to § 2–1257 of this subtitle, annually submit the list to the General Assembly.
