§14–601.

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) “Package” includes a box, cover, or wrapper. (c) “Person” means an individual, corporation, business trust, statutory trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, two or more persons having a joint or common interest, or any other legal or commercial entity. (d) “Sell” includes offer to sell. (e) “Stamped” includes branded, engraved, or imprinted. (f) “Tag” includes a card or label.
