Rule 17. PARTIES PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANT; CAPACITY

(a) Real Party in Interest. Rule 17(a) of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure governs procedure in civil proceedings in the Probate Courts. (b) Guardians and Other Representatives. Rule 17(b) of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure governs procedure in all proceedings in the Probate Courts. (c) Subrogated Insurance Claims. Rule 17(c) of the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure governs procedure in civil proceedings in the Probate Courts.
