Rule 2. FORM OF PROCEEDINGS

There shall be two forms of proceedings to be known as “probate proceedings” and “civil proceedings.” (a) Probate Proceedings. “Probate proceedings” are all proceedings within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Probate Courts.
