Rule 66. RECEIVERSHIPS

A proceeding wherein a receiver has been appointed shall not be dismissed
except by order of the court. Except as otherwise provided by statute, the
practice in proceedings for receiverships and in actions brought by or against a
receiver shall be governed by these rules and the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure.
