33 §1604-118. Declarant's obligation to complete and restore

(a) The declarant shall complete all improvements labeled "MUST BE BUILT" on plats or plans prepared pursuant to section 1602‑109 . [PL 1981, c. 699 (NEW).] (b) The declarant is subject to liability for the prompt repair and restoration, to a condition compatible with the remainder of the condominium, of any portion of the condominium affected by the exercise of rights reserved pursuant to or created by sections 1602‑110 , 1602‑111 , 1602‑112 , 1602‑113 , 1602‑115 and 1602‑116 .
