Circuitjudges;nomination,election,term. Sec. 12. Circuit judges shall be nominated and elected at non-partisan elections in the circuit in which they reside, and shall hold office for a term of six years and until their successorsareelectedandqualified.Incircuitshavingmorethanonecircuitjudgetheirterms ofofficeshallbearrangedbylawtoprovidethatnotalltermswillexpireatthesametime.
