Countyclerks;duties,vacancies;prosecutingattorneys,vacancies. Sec.14.Theclerkofeachcountyorganizedforjudicialpurposesorotherofficerperforming the duties of such office as provided in a county charter shall be clerk of the circuit court for such county.
