Probatejudges;nomination,election,terms. Sec.16.Oneormorejudgesofprobateasprovidedbylawshallbenominatedandelectedat non-partisan elections in the counties or the probate districts in which they reside and shall hold office for terms of six years and until their successors are elected and qualified.
