Staff;budget;salariesofjustices;fees. Sec.7.Thesupremecourtmayappoint,mayremove,andshallhavegeneralsupervisionof its staff. It shall have control of the preparation of its budget recommendations and the expenditureofmoneysappropriatedforanypurposepertainingtotheoperationofthecourtor the performance of activities of its staff except that the salaries of the justices shall be established by law.
