Sec.5.Notwithstandinganyotherprovisioninthisconstitution,thegovernor,thelieutenant governor,thesecretaryofstate,theattorneygeneralandstatesenatorsshallbeelectedatthe generalelectionin1964toservefortwo-yeartermsbeginningonthefirstdayofJanuarynext succeeding their election.
