Stateboardofeducation;firstelection,terms. Sec.9.ThemembersofthestateboardofeducationprovidedforinSection3ofArticleVIII of this constitution shall first be elected at the first general election after the effective date of thisconstitutionforthefollowingterms:twoshallbeelectedfortwoyears,twoforfouryears, twoforsixyears,andtwoforeightyearsasprescribedbylaw. 59 SCHEDULE AND TEMPORARY PROVISIONS Sched.§14 Abolitionofexistingstateboardofeducation.
