Administrativerules,suspensionbylegislativecommittee. Sec. 37. The legislature may by concurrent resolution empower a joint committee of the legislature, acting between sessions, to suspend any rule or regulation promulgated by an Art.IV,§37 CONSTITUTION OF MICHIGAN OF 1963 18 administrativeagencysubsequenttotheadjournmentofthelastprecedingregularlegislative session.
