R 408.12451 Engaging means failure.

Rule 2451. The clutch/brake control shall automatically deactivate in event of failure
of the electrical power or pressure supply for the clutch engaging means. Re-activation of
the clutch shall require restoration of the electrical power or pressure supply and the use
of the tripping mechanism.
