Rule 8112. An employee shall: (a) Use personal protective equipment as required by this part . (b) Not use machinery or equipment unless authorized . (c) Not remove guards from machinery and equipment except when needed for servicing. The guards shall be replaced before returning to production . (d) Report defective machinery, equipment and hazardous conditions, when detected, to a supervisor .
