R 408.18157 Frying machines and vats; maintenance .

Rule 8157. Not less than every 90 days the following shall be accomplished: (a) The frying machine or vat shall be washed and boiled out to remove all accumulations of gum . (b) The controls shall be checked for operability . (c) The gas and oil burners shall be cleaned and adjusted .
