R 408.42237 Directional signs.

Rule 2237. (1) A directional arrow, other than a traffic control sign, used on a danger, caution, or safety instructional sign shall be black. (2) A safety related directional sign shall have a white arrow on a black upper panel with the lower panel white and any letters in black.
